Weird head feeling

So for a week now I've been feeling this werid pressure in my head like behind my eyes. It feels like I'm going to have a seizure or something. Not that I know how it feels. Soon after that I feel like I can't breath and well the normal anxiety symptoms kick in. Do any of you feel this way!? It's freaking me out.

Hi patittos I get the head pressure pain behind my eye and temple and a burning sensation in my forehead. Sometimes I get so scared and I make myself worse. I think when I go to sleep I won't wake up. But I do and I try and think positive and keep busy get my mind off it. It's hard I k ow what u are going through

Thank you. I do find that when I'm buddy I forget about that feeling.. But when I'm not busy I start thinking about it and it's when I feel it... Ugh

It's true, we think too much, it's all the what ifs, watching some you tube videos some people suggest different deep breathing exercises, some prefer music or others got adult version of colouring books and they find you have to concentrate to colour them in, it's takes their minds off it, I do the deep breathing and it does relax me, I can really work myself up,I get pains everywhere but maybe try some of those self help videos 😉 Hope you feel better soon
