Feel so ill and think I'm going to die

I'm 68 had pmr for two years and on prednisolone. Came off it Christmas then back on for arthritis 5 months ago now trying to get off it again. Had shingles then a viral illness then a cold and awful cough. Have loads of horrible symptoms and constantly scared im going to die. I can't stop this feeling and I feel so ill.

Try thinking positive don't worry change your diet if it helps you keep positive and not worry make carrots juice eat healthy= no worries because your body has all that goodness enjoy
