SHARP PAINS

Hi, im 18 y old male and im having extreme sharp pains in the back of my neck (the base part) and when i take breaths whole neck hurts badly? I dont have heart problems and last time went to my physician i had no lung problems only anxiety. When i lay down and breath its worse, is this a lung infection is this anxiety or simply an extemely inflamed neck? Guess il get to know if 5 hours god willing. Should i just take aspirin and relax?

take a breathe and relax I've experienced similare pains. Relax or you could have an anxiety attack like i did . i had nobody to give me advice and all i did was panic which l=made things worse
