Anxiety chest pains

Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me why does anxiety cause chest pain?

I’d like to know the answer that this too. I’ve been getting a lot of chest pain and it’s starting to annoy me a lot. I am seeing a cardiologist but for what started out as as palpitations etc

Yes I suffer with anxiety and through particularly bad bouts I feel like my chest really hurt.

Anxiety can cause physical problems as the muscles tense up.

It's always worth getting it checked out though for peace of mind.

I had a thorough check and everything is ok.
