So it's been a big journey for me, beating my eating disorder, I still have my mental health issue like anxiety and depression, but it doesn't change me as a person, everyday is a new day to beat all this, I've been to loads of doctors I got ct scans, barium swallow test, ent, camera test, and also x~rays it was stressing and scary to go threw that, I still have feelings of a lump stuck in my airway, or just a feeling of a lump is stressing but I try my best to beat it anxiety is hard, but everyone who suffers it will over come it some time when they beat there fear, I got diagnosed with gerd, by my doctors as they were running these test, it's hard but there always light at the end of the tunnel and I'm thankful for people helping me, I know I'm not the only one, thanks for helping threw my journey <3

Oh Shiann, what a journey indeed. I have tears of happiness for you in beating the ED. You did show others that there is always light at the end of the tunnel. People may have helped you through your journey, but you were the one that made it happen. xx
