2 mg didn't do anything for me. It's not a high dose but everyone's different. You will be fine

Hello

I have took them for years and have a med fear and won't take most things so that tells you something

2mg is the smallest dose you can take so the most I would imagine you will feel is a little relaxed but nothing more than that

They use them in the Hospitals as a pre med so they are very safe as long as you do not take them regular and abuse them but for the odd occasion when they are needed they can be a life saver

Let us know how you get on :-)

Take Care x

Thanks for your reply il be taking a 2mg later today.can I ask are you meant to leave a certain gap before you take more if needed.x

Hi

Well I would say 4 hours maybe gap or at least two

I know on my box it says take when required but if I am having a really bad day I take one in the morning , dinner , tea , and before bed but this is if things are really bad otherwise one or two will usually help

But I would leave a gap especially when starting them so you can judge how they make you feel as one might be enough to take the edge of or after a few hours you may feel it has not done much so another one is needed

Did you Doctor just tell you to take them when required ?

That frustrates me sometimes when they put that , I think I have a tendency to have anxiety , I need direct instructions :-D

You could always phone the pharmacy and see what they suggest if you are unsure

Let us know how you get on later :-) x

The doctor give me 8 but said to trial one and then see how I go when I'm at the airport I go away next Saturday so that's why I'm taking first one today,x

O well use them sparingly if you have just 8 , maybe try one today see how you feel if you feel you need another then take one later but save the six you will have left for the flight there and back ...don't know what time you are flying but say if I was flying around 6 tea time , I would take one in the morning and one about 4 in the afternoon if I still did not feel settled :-)

I sometimes think the thoughts we build up over an event are never as bad as we think it was going to be and I hope this will be the case for you as well as you having a fantastic holiday once you are there , stay focused on the sand , sea and sunshine once you get there :-) x
