EXCELLENT therapy for anxiety. With all I mention about deep breathing and meditation, I forgot to mention that Music Therapy is used in hospitals for patients in chronic pain and serious illnesses.

It has also been proven to help with anxiety. Good for you Colby, I hope more people take your advice on this.
