Anxiety

Hi guys. I am struggling at the moment with this horrible anxiety it causes so much confusion in my head. My hands and face look constantly white the doctor tells me its anxiety my mind tells me its not its horrible why does this happen does anxiety cause this or is it domething else. I also feel like my muscles are very weak . I aldo cant get the feeling of death is approaching. Thanks for all your support its much appreciated

It might sound crazy- but lite exercise might help. When you are feeling weak and out of control, taking charge of your body thru movement and mind thru breathing/meditation may help. I wish you well!
