I had another panicky feeling the other night. Now I'm trying to get sleep but can't. I feel drowsy & tense & i feel blah & drunk. The other night I was up with panic attacks everywhere , finally got some sleep, woke up to go to the bathroom , took nap , woke up again but I'm still tired . What do you all do in situations like this, where you were panicky almost all night , get sleep but still feel tired after, how do you relax ? I wanted to at least take a little cat nap ..but I'm still somewhat anxious. My anxious thoughts are everywhere . I do have a very tense upper back & my neck is somewhat tense then my elbow is sore from working out . This plus acid reflux & bathroom breaks kept waking me up off & on for a bit throughout the night . Now I want to relax but anxiety won't quit. I put lavender oil on my upper back & around shoulders , the smell is relaxing & have on my meditation tapes , & did some yoga earlier , but still kinda anxious . Any other tips?

Celery will help the acid reflux, it has hydrochloric acid in it to keep the bad acid down. You feel tired even after sleeping because when you have an anxiety/panic attack it tenses the whole body...making you tired (even for a few days after) and your body needs to recover.
Yeah I feel the effects of the lavender oil now lmao ..I posted this kinda early on. I'm so drowsy at my desk & super relaxed lol. But I totally agree. Our bodies get so pooped after feeling panicky like that. I'm definitely doing more yoga & lavender oil . But thanks for the advice on celery . I've been burping off & on , chest pains near my boob & upper abdomen ..it's been crazy .
