anyone else go threw this

ok i been having so much issues and new ones causing me to have major attacks and the head feeling like its falling asleep,zaps, poke feelings or like a band, and then moments of cant think concentrate and blank is freaking me out

How often do you get those attacks & how long do they last?  What does your doctor think is causing it?

its stages and only few seconds or so i go doctor friday but prolly send me see physc which takes a while
