I am always saying how bad I feel but since remembering taking my meds again I do feel good and I am drinking fluids well and hopefully eat well later.

I do hope you all are feeling as well as can be.

Well, chocolate is the only thing I indulge in and it does make me feel better for the  moment.  By internal damage, do you mean cholesterol readings and fatty liver?  I don't know anymore.

I went out earlier, it's finally a beautiful day in Chicago but now that I'm home I'm down and out.  It may be a coincidence but I am out of a chocolate bar.

I'm so happy that you are doing better, it's been a long time coming for you I know.  Enjoy eating the best you can.

Hi Lovely,  it's nice to know someone who can relate to the weather we are having.  Sometimes that plays into our anxiety as well, at least for me.  Do something special on this rainy day... x

My x gave me a Diazepam today and I must say I am nice and chilled.

After learning to play guitar for a year I can now play Eric Clapton blues and its quite palatable to the ears. So chuffed but my fingers still get very sore even though I play everyday.

The weather here is beautiful.  My boy was up all night with a girl he doesn't usually socialize so I was glad he went out for a change worth missing a trip to the country. Happy for him. Love him so much.

Hey Dodo, what a nice uplifting message.  Starting with the "chill pill", take advantage of that peace and calm.   Congrats on playing Eric Clapton blues, shows that perseverance counts towards anything in life.  I know what you mean about the sore fingers, until they callous up some.   I'm so happy for your son socializing today, I know how happy that must make you.  There's always another day for that trip to the country.  I'm happy for you.  x

I gotta laugh my son complain my room smell of pee because of my hamster so I cleaned the cage but after when my boy went over his mums I thought I would tidy up his bedroom where he been throwing banana peeelingsand missing his bin so Iits on the floor rotting his bedroom is like a bomb has hit it so I waiting for him to pop out a minute so I can dust and and do his bedding. He pinched all my smellies which some are quite expensive. He has tobacco all over the place . Lucky I love him to bits. He seems more out going these past days I do hope it continues because i know he gets lonely at times. I am still buzzing over being out in the sun for a couple of hours vitamin D which I think I needed. O well lets clean he's out then practice the guitar again.

I hope your days is as good as mine Agora be safe and live for now and leave the worrying for another day if not the worrying the anxiety. Bye for now.x.

Dodo, such a beautiful uplifting note from you.  You are like a different person.  I think being in the outdoors and sun helped you.  The Vitamin D was a bonus.

Enjoy playing the guitar later.  x
