Good morning.....question......Do anyone have trouble going into stores....Everytime i walk in the store I have to turn around I start to feel anxious....I just can't take it.. Do anyone else deals with this???

Along with many other things, going to the shops was really hard for me, especially supermarkets. Even though I still get really anxious now i just try and stick it out, do it everyday and it will improve. If you stop doing it, it will be a lot harder for you in the future, I put it off for so long and only recently started going nearly everyday x

That's absolutely right - as terrible as it can be (and trust me, I'm no stranger to it being terrible!), it's even worse when you start to run away. Then your brain's like "oh, good, I was right about that, it WAS dangerous" and the next time will be harder. It's terrible what anxiety does!

Thank you.....it's like I run out of the stores all the time because I get that feeling anxious....when I really want to stayour and stick it out

You CAN do it - it might be uncomfortable, but you can stick it out!
