Can anyone help?

I am struggling with eating! I used to eat lots and lots and always had an appitite but since my anxiety and depression has became really bad I don't ever really want to eat nor do I feel hungry. I'm very worried because I'm very Tiny and always have been I'm so terrified to loose anymore weight😭

I would say eat something but don't force yourself to eat like alot just enough to get your nutrition and you calories haha 😊

I know that feeling x I lost over a stone in weight x jyst try to eat easy things like soup or cuppa soup x boiled eggs x thars what I done x eventually your appetite will come back x just try to eat small at first x good luck

When you feel anxious and depressed the last thing you want to do is eat, for me I found eating little and often helped. I would eat a banana on getting up , that eased my stomach ( from feeling sick) I did make myself eat because I needed to put weight on as I lost a lot of weight. I would suggest you go to the doctors and ask for some blood tests, if your not eating properly you could have some vitamin deficiencys. They affect how you feel in lots of ways.,if you have the tests done ask for copies of your results. That way you can see for yourself what your levels are.,there is quite a significant difference in the ranges of what they class as normal. So at least you can see for yourself if they are just within normal range and need supplements 🙏🏻😀
