Fed up

Got horrible feeling in my stomach feel so anxious and scared dizzy sick. I'm so sick of this. All day my back as been achen and shoulders because I am Soo tense just carnt relax.

Hi, it's horrible isn't it, I feel like this now, just Sprung on me out of nowhere. Are you feeling any better? Try and relax yourself, take some breaths, maybe a bath for the achey muscles

I've been getting the back & neck aches, also weird random pains & constantly fatigue & shortness of breath. This all happens at the same time. I just want one day just one to feel normal again not feel like total crap. I hope you all feel better 🙏🏻

Hey guys I'm feeling very happy this morning just getting ready then off shopping hope your all doing well. We Av these anxiety attacks but they don't last long they always go away just remember that.
