Can anyone help?

This afternoon I felt awful. I came over feeling extremely rough like I needed the hospital. My head was hurting right to my nose and ears. My throat is sore and I'm now aching and hurting all over. Every little touch and moment hurts. Does anyone knows what's wrong with me? Is it serious?

It goes feel like it my throat is swollen too

I use a tea called Throat Coat with Echinacea.  It was recommended by an Urgent Care doctor & has worked as well as any OTC meds.
