What is the root of your anxiety?

I know as a matter of fact that stress is the typical anxiety trigger.. What has contributed to yours?

I don't know mine I wish I did! Maybe if would help it go away! All I can think of is one day I woke up with really bad lower back pain and it didn't go for a while and I started googling things, which lead to me getting bad head pressure. Which got me thinking about more serious illnesses ie brain tumours. Contact googling! And here I am today

NOTHING!!!! That's why I'm at a loss. As to why do I get it.   I wasn't unhappy nor anxious nor depressed so why did this come on😩My Dr said its chemicals in our brain really sucks!!!!!!  Now I'm depressed and a different person because of it, to many symptoms to write😢

Mine is nerves. When I know I have to do something like starting a new job I get nervous and I start to get chest pains (chest pains are what I get when I get anxiety)

I have been sedentary for many years living with constant stress...I guess it is the cause, besides my mom has anxiety, so it migth be genetical too.

I too, wish I could find the root cause, maybe then I could finally recover.

Does anybody know how to uncover the root cause?

I've been having CBT for well over a year with poor results.
