Feeling so low

Getting to much again for me again feeling dizzy all the time being sick headache all the ear ringing and feeling full woke up the last 3 morning with pins neddles in me head arms feel heavey all the time pains in legs arm and hand and its making me feel so low

I am sorry you're going through a bad patch I also get ringing ears but can only hear it at night sometimes it's really loud. The last week I've had aching legs but it seems to have passed just letting you know you are not alone with these symptoms, this too shall pass. Feel better soon
