I was just sat on sofa watching tv, then suddenly went dizzy, but I needed to get up and get some water. The room seems dark but then goes bright, chest hurts and I'm scared, can anyone relate to this?
I hate all these strange sensations and worries, but I can't seem to fight them off 😢

Take a deep breath..... allow the sensation to pass...and remember it's a sensation not a feeling. Breathe... nothing is going to happen to you. We're all here for you xxx
Freaks me out too honey. It's the "out of nowhere " that annoys me. I always think.something is wrong or something bads gonna happen but then think of times when I've been busy and kept my mind occupied that nothing happened then so...... I know it's very difficult xxxx hugs
Yeah I no what you mean it's so annoying, i often think, why did that happen I wasn't even anxious about anything! I'm same I automatically think the worst and I get so scared. I might go and have a bath and do some breathing while I'm waiting for it to fill see if that helps take my mind off things X X x
I get this a lot along with hot flushes and feeling very clammy. Keep drinking plenty of water and remember youre not alone sweet, take each day as it comes, we are all here for you xxxx
I've just drank 2 cups of water my mouth was really dry. Just really fed up, lived with this for over 7 years now, I have had my better times but got worse again over the last 2-3 years
A simple thing like breathing CORRECTLY is so very very important!
If I do it wrong (shallow short) it tenses me up, but if I do it right it relaxes me. The problem is that sometimes I do not even know that I am breathing shallow and short breaths.
