Very rarely I get this tightness in my throat when I breathe in today is one of those days and it scares me I hate it!! It's like a sharp pain I'm my throat when I breathe in has anyone had this before ????????

I have had it for the past week 
It's scary but I tell myself I'm ok. Hope that reassures you that you are not alone.
It has to know someone else goes through and it's just anxiety helps me alot thank you so much and I hope you get better
