I do feel my arms like jelly at times.  It happened this morning

as I was pulling clothes out of the dryer.  My muscles are always

so clenched from anxiety fear that it makes sense to me that using

my muscles would just make the tightness worse.  I forget about

it and go on with what I'm doing.  It does happen to my legs going

up and down the basement steps each day.  They feel like jelly and

the muscles burn at times.  Again, forget about it and go on with

your chores.   As Blu7 said, if you are so concerned, have a doctor

check you out.  I've had in the past, so many neurologists check me

for strength and mobility and it's there...You know doing relaxation

every day can help that feeling.  Starting with your toes, tensing, hold

it and then relax. Then the foot, legs,  etc etc.  It teaches the body what

it feels like to truly relax those muscles.  We are so tight that we don't

realize we are stuck in that mode.  That's why the jelly arms and legs.

Wish you well Zobro.  Hope this helps.   xx
