I will sleep peacefully and wake up for about a 1 hour and that's when all anxiety breaks loose. I just want to ball up in a corner and just cry. I don't wish this stuff on anyone. At night before falling asleep it's like I have numbness in my left leg and foot. I have dizziness all throughout the day. I'm just miserable. Sometimes I wish my husband could be able to stay home with me but of course he has to work. I lost my job of 10 years due to this anxiety.
