I keep getting goose bumps all over that hurt, my skin feels sore to touch and I feel achy. Almost like flu but I'm pretty sure it's not flu. Does anyone know what it could be?

Are you feeling any better now ?

Sometimes when we are run down we can get lumps and bumps and tender skin which settles as we feel better maybe a virus but if this does not settle I would see my Doctor , I am sure it is nothing to worry about but they are the best to tell you what it is as they can examine you etc
