Dose eney1 else feel fine n healthy then 5 minutes later feel ill as eney thin. I'm sick of it keep avin funny turns were feel like crap then can feel fine hour later. X

Hi katyjoa. Oh yes, know what you mean. It's happening to me this morning. One minute thought I might be having heart attack, then it went away, then I was fine and wondered why I was fine when moments ago I was feeling bad. Now I'm back to square one with the bad feeling in a different place and a fuzzy head. This is what anxiety does to us. I keep telling myself that I have things to do and don't have time for this game that anxiety plays with my mind. You are not alone...Feel better.
