The anxiety is telling you there is something wrong, don't let it fool you, what is wrong is the anxiety itself.
Sometimes, the more sleep you have the more tired you feel. Try to get some fresh air and a little exercise, even if it just a walk around the block. I would almost guarantee you will feel more awake afterwards.
Try to make a routine of forcing yourself up, out of bed and have a shower. That will wake you up and hopefully break the cycle after a couple of days.
