I don't know what it is but I just feel like there's something wrong with me. My system feel okay like bowel movement is fine my sleep is messed up because of traveling, I know I haven't been eating right foods but I'm getting back on the right track now. But even when I assure myself that I'm okay I still feel a little ehh and I don't want to go to doctors but for the most point I've just been feeling my stomach being bubbly and just that I sleep a lot but that's probably from jet lag but I just don't feel right

No I haven't, I think I'm just so worried about a current situation that my stomach is in knots. I usually try tums to help
