Is sharp muscle pains anxiety related? It's really noticeable and really scares me.. When I feel fine I'll feel this pain and the my anxiety is sky high!! I get it mainly in my arms and fingers 😩

I'm okay thanks Jill.. Hormones and anxiety is theought the roof 😁!! I'm seeing my doctor today so I'll mention it to her and I'm getting awful headaches!! Xx
