Increase of Fluoxetine

Hi,

I have been struggling a lot recently and so the doctors have increased my fluoxetine from 20mg to 40mg.

Will it make me feel worse before better?

I am currently still feeling very panicky and having trouble not making myself sick.

Just want to know what to expect.

Hi, hope you are feeling well. I take 2 x 20mg of fluoxtine in the morning. It as made a massive difference to me, i tried about 10 different meds before and nothing worked. It took about 3 weeks , so give it a bit of time for your body to adjust.
