Pain, pain, go away

Does anybody else suffer with TMJ or jaw problems as a result of clenching/grinding your teeth at night? It is such a horrible pain/discomfort. Any ideas to help relieve symptoms?

yes I have to attend the hospital for it, I have been putting it off and putting it off as my doctor sent me there to get help as there are specialists which deal with this, I got a reminder this morning so have to go as they give you something to put in your mouth as you sleep to stop you grinding your teeth, it hurts when your jaw is inflamed I know seek help from your doctor

What's accupuncture! I woke myself up the other night by grunting my teeth my jaw is constantly in pain.! I have to wear my mouth guard in the day when I'm at home 🙈

It's a method using strategically placed special needles to relieve pressure! Lots of people have it for back pain etc and it is even offered at some spas as a relaxation therapy xx
