Can't keep going

I can't keep doing this every few days.... I'm exhausted...I'm in a complete mess...life sucks ....

Tight throat...tingly face and head...racing heart...achy limbs...

I'm so sorry, Mrs BO8... I know its hard...believe me, I DO know. Today when I was in the grocery store, suddenly a tidal wave of horrible tiredness just washed over me... NO idea what it causing it... I have been going through this every several days, too.

I am not one to run to the Dr. but I do have an appt. this Thursday afternoon...and I hope they will do a complete blood count... at least sometimes it reassures me that there isn't something else causing it. I am sure you know what I mean.

I'm not. A religious Fanatic, but I do believe in God. Pray about having God give you some relief. Yesturday my 27 yr old daughter bought wine. I never drink alcohol. But I had a half of a small cup ,& this relaxed my muscles. =) Jus trying to help. =(

Hi babya, I don't drink either but have wondered if a little wine might relax the tense muscles, now I know it will. I can't remember what it feels like to not feel stress throughout my body. Good for you.

Yes. My 27 yr old daughter knows about wine. She will go in wine isle,& I'm like are you done? So my daughter bought wine with my 21 yr old daughter. I hesitated, & then said. Ok half of a small glass. To my surprise the wine just the half of a glass. Relaxed my muscles.

This forum has made me realize the large number of people who suffer from anxiety.

It also makes me angry that nothing seems to be out there for patients to take that don't put you to sleep or make you a walking zombie. It isn't living, it's existing...
