Hi all am 7 weeks pregnant and these headaches are driving me insane it's horrible the head pressure

Hi all I went doctors and he said its something to do with my neck coz I have had problems with it always stiff and sore and tense but it's getting a joke now my whole head is sore anyone really suffer with headache with anxiety

Hi, I've suffered with headaches and anxiety my whole life. During my first pregnancy, I had daily migraines. I refused to take any meds for them and ended up getting acupuncture. It helped a lot. I also have a spearmint microwaveable heat pack that I would use at night (right on my forehead) that helped me relax enough to go to sleep. I hope you find relief! ☺️

Thankyou what acupuncture and it's by my temples like reassure and the back of my head I hate it won't ease Xx

Oh, it's the worst when the pain reaches the back of your head. The spearmint microwaveable bag is great for that. And I put links for info on acupuncture. It is painless and much easier than it seems. Hope it helps ☺️
