Sorry to hear your feeling like this, how long have you have anxiety? I didn't enjoy my pregnancys at all because of my anxiety, can you get extra help from your gp. And get yourself some therapy X x

Congratulations! This is a wonderful time for you. Having had kids myself and always been a little on edge about every break in movements and building up to scans in case anything was wrong I truly cannot imagine being pregnant and having anxiety at the same time?

Are you getting any help? Therapy is going to be key to you (as it is any of us) to get you through these 9 months sanely. If you haven't already I would really urge you to see the Dr to get some therapy lined up - it can take a while before you are seen so the quicker you are referred the quicker the date will come round.

Have you tried any meditation or practicing breathing exercises? It can be an excuse for me time even if you are feeling ok xx

D'uh just seen you are waiting for therapy - short term memoryis shocking sorry!

For now try to distract yourself with things you do or did enjoy before anxiety took hold, meditation etc x

Try and keep yourself positive and motivated. If you have seen a gp then try not to worry about your symptoms, I get all kinds. Try and take your mind off things, keep yourself busy, relax yourself and do nice things for yourself, even if it's just a bath or your nails done (anything that you enjoy really) and breathing exercises

Iam so sorry you have to deal with this on such a beautiful time of your life. Believe me my last two pregnancies were HORRIBLE!!!! i couldnt enjoy it One bit. I Love my babies so Much and i had to be super strong for them so they wouldnt have to go through my paniv while carrying them. Just try to relax meditation during pregnancy is amazing and focus on all the happy moments you will have in the future ;) Hope you feel better hun.
