Does anyone else have social anxiety?
I get so panic when around to many people even when its just family or out in a busy place. I tend to just put a barrier up and I just like.tense up and I cannot speak I feel so dumb. Its really really awkward!!

Yes I do and always have had this, it is awful but I am learning now to try to stop worrying what others think of me and just be ME.. it does help I think many people with social anxiety are sensitive people and it can be hard, but by not being so hard on ourselves it will help us relax, or hopefully we will anyway
