I was wondering if I am alone on this one. Has anybody had the feeling of having to catch ure breath while sleeping or having a hard time breathing while ure sleeping. I had an terrible night last night I kept jumping up out of my sleep gasping for air. Has happened to anyone else with anxiety besides me... HELP!!!

Yes it happens to me sometimes too..its pretty scarey..I have a lot of Anxiety..i take 1 mg Ativan during the day..seems to help..but its most likely anxiety.
Oh yes definitely!!! I'm dead asleep and will wake up and gasp for air like I stopped breathing for a few seconds! I was super scared too, but found out it happens a lot. Just something else to add to the long list of anxiety symptoms unfortunately :/
