Stomach obsession

Hey everyone I'm super skinny and when I lay down I can feel a bulge in my lower right abdomen!! I have health anxiety that recently I have been managing but today has been the worst for me!! The bulge is there one min the next it's gone and then it's back it's driving me crazy!! I have been docs and he made a joke that it elastic from the gloves I blow up for my 2 year old whilst we're there!! He didn't seemed concerned but he didn't have an answer either
