Does anyone else have really bad dizziness its scared keep having wired dizzy turnes it's horrible please help is it scared x

I get dizzy all the time. I am right now but i know its caused by anxiety so i just need to regulate my breathing and let it pass. Its so difficult so i know how scary it can be. Try to tell yourself its just sensation....it cant hurt you x

It's scarey it makes me think something is gonna happen or they is problems with my head or heart and that something is gonna happen are you on any medication xx

No. They put me on citalopram a few years back but i hated it. I felt nothing at all. So i came off it. Ive been to counselling which helped. Bit by bit ive realised that it is just sensations and of all the times ive had attacks nothing bad has actually ever happened. Ive never passed out or even fallen over. Its always there in the back of my mind but, for me anyway, distraction is the best and knowing others feel exactly the same is reassuring xx

Yea I've been dizzy all day and it's quite annoying. I know it's anxiety related but can make your day quite miserable and it's so hard when looking after your kids
