When this happens to me I'm just paralyzed with fear for the whole day. I imagine dying and how scary it would be. Then my panic gets 100 times worse. And I'm only 20.. constantly thinking about death. I hate it. It's consuming my whole life. But it seems liike I just can't stop the thoughts.
What do you guys do on the days when you j... - Anxiety Support
What do you guys do on the days when you just KNOW you're going to die?
sounds like u need to force yourself to laugh...might start as mechanic and forces but over time it will completely fix it...worked for me with panic and anxiety...whne i was 19-20 had it...and i was cured for 11 years....now i have more generalized anxiety .
When you laugh you increase dopamine and other nuerotransmitters that helps nuetralized imbalances that cause these problems...its basicly like taking a pill for anxiety from a doctor but the exact dosage u need....works better the more u do it.
I dont know. I just try to remember scriptures. I try to speak Gods promises over my life. I say to myself that God is not a GOD of FEAR. I distract myself with videos that will make me laugh. If it gets bad like it did at work the other day, I pop a quarter of a .25 ativan. I go to bed early knowing tommorow is a new day and that I will try again. It helps to demolish shit when I get like that to. Sledgehammer bricks or something, a good cry, etc.
I FEEL LIKE IM GOING TO DIE ALL THE TIME I LOOK REALY BAD I FEEL BAD TO I CAN NOT GO ON SOME ONE MITE TAKE ME AWAY I MITE LOOSE MY MIND I CAN NOT TAKE NO MORE
I know how you feel. I used to have massive bouts of panic that could last for days. Try to figure out if there are any particular triggers. For me it comes when sorting out old clothes etc to sell or give away. Or just before I go to sleep. So I try to find ways of tricking my mind. Try to find distractions to occupy your mind. I find that if I begin having dark thoughts, try a way of talking yourself out of thinking about it. Even if it's silly things like "come on don't be daft", "it's not going to happen till I'm very old". It will feel trite but do whatever it takes and find something that works for you. Simple things. Take deep breaths. It works sometimes. Think about how you want to live your life, so that you don't have regrets. Find something to do that makes you feel worthwhile.
