Anxiety is the worst isn't it, really horrible!

i mean idk if i have a physical thing or anxiety but yeah...makes me feel ill and like laying a lot....but comes in waves for me...so sometimes i have more clarity and feel less ill. Currently this minute i feel decent actually but that comes and goes for me. how about you?

I get palpitation's and bit dizzy head but think that's the medication. Are you taking anything for it at all?

im not taking anything and really havent had palpitations in awhile but sometimes i might feel a slight heart pain here or there but nothing major....i have twitches and stuff but i just ignore them..toe twitches often..i mean last 3 days ive only taken vitamin d3 and some aspirin...aspirin really seems to help me for some reason when i feel ill...its like a nerve thing or something but makes my body feel like theirs definitely something wrong....ill feeling like uncomfortable skin feeling....as if my body is trying to warn me of illness but yeah...aspirin helps with that some.

It's horrible when you feel something isn't right. Have you been all checked over?

i mean i whent to the er they did chest xray, blood work, pee sample, ecg....they just said premature heart beats and palpitations but i still suspect its something more....but i might be able to fight whatever it is...i hope so....ill probably get checked by someone more specialized after my insurance kicks in in january....i have to tell u....i was feeling deahtly ill after laying down few weeks ago....but i dont have that anymore....back then ...i didnt think i would make it to january...now days i feel like i can make it....back then i couldnt lay down for 1 hr without waking up and feeling deathly ill...started to prevent me from sleeping but i got past it...

yeah i been making a post everyday to document...i dont want to die at 31 thats forsure....i have physics theories, artwork, all types of things i want to share with the world before i die....also would like to have a kid of my own.

yeah prehaps or ill just recover naturally...the body is very powerful thats forsure...placebo effect is example of that.
