Right when I rub my tongue on my teeth or flick it on my left side of teeth a weird like lose muscle moves with is up the side on my left side of head also started to feel it when I am eating now and can't stop rubbing my tongue on my teeth I have took to hard a big bangs to the left side when playing rugby could this have cause it or isit just normal and I have just noticed it please help I need to clear my mind
