My head feels like it's floating and like pressure or I don't know how to explain it my neck twiches and my eye 😕 I just feel so out of this world anybody else get this? I was okay yesterday but horrible today crying light headed feel like I'm dying....

I feel this everytime I have an attack. My neck feels numb. Like its floating off my body. Then I start panicking.
