I felt all weird at work today. I felt like I was going to faint and I kept focusing on the way I was breathing. Right now I feel weird. I feel malaise and just super tired. I havent been eating healthy or working out. I feel off and today was seriously really difficult at work. I need advice please.

You could be very tired, take good rest and proper sleep.
Eat healthy and start doing exercise, it will make your body immune strong and stay fit.
