Anxiety is scary I just start experiencing this 3 years ago and its getting worse

Are you on meds?

You will be better by taking proper treatment, try to consult a doctor.

It went from shortness of breath to migraines shacking tingling skin light headed dizzy weak chest pains body achs i have tmj my hands and arms hurt my whole body hurts sometimes i notice my walkn is slow my head is heavy i have trimers

Hi.

Talk to a psychiatrist re anti-depressants since they're trained in these types of meds. Also,some of these meds treat anxiety as well as depression. I also suggest a psychologist. They'll be able to teach you correct breathing methods and also use CBT on you. YouTube has loads of info re correct breathing for anxiety sufferers including CBT.

If you can, get regular massages to initially help with loosening your muscles. A physio will also be able to do this including showing you how to stretch properly. Soak in hot water as often as you can. Treat your TMJ with moist heat as often as you can. You've obviously been tensing your jaw too much or even grinding your teeth at night.

It is VITAL that you force your mind AND body to relax! If you don't, I'm sorry to say you'll get worse 😢

If you have a smart phone, look at an app called Headspace or something similar. Also look at an app called Paced Breathing. Do anything you can to shut your mind down until your anxiety settles. If you have a hobby or want to learn something new, do it. Anything enjoyable that will divert your attention from anxiety is great but do it regularly.
