So worried

Every time my temples start hurting I start thinking it's an aneurysm or something serious. Some days I'm good at talking myself out of it and days like today I live in a panic all day.

I am experiencing the exact same thing. I've convinced myself that I may have an aneurysm or a brain tumor. I was so worried so my doctor scheduled me a Ct scan to ease my mind. Everything came back fine but my mind just won't let me accept it. I hope everything works out for u.

It is anxiety. So hard to accept it. I get dizziness and migraine and am terrified of death. Breathe out and in. I know. All day it is hard. The days are too long when you are chained by anxiety x
