Chest pain

Hi I was at work today and had really bad pains in my chest by my heart I thought i was having a heart attack do u think it's my anxiety I'm so scared at the moment

I get lots of various chest pains. I am still here to tell the tale. The only way you will be reassured is by having a check up.

It is more likely to be anxiety but no one on here can know and better to check if it's a new manifestation of your anxiety

I had this i drove myself crazy went to the hospitalturns out it was anxiety but your mind wont rest until your told, i had to have diazepamto calm me down and it worked and settled my heart rate az it was 137 bpm xx
