I take the same. I took it for 8 yrs then stopped for 2 yrs... Now I'm back in it. You will start feeling better. It can take up to 2 weeks to start fully working. Give it some time. Also, I've found it better to take it in the morning. Hope this helps you.
I find the side effect so horrible. I was on the for a year my sleeping pattern was horrible too. Every night I use to wake at around 2am. I think they did work for me because thing I use to worry about a lot I didn't worry as much about them. I then slowly got myself off of this medication because I didn't want to become dependent on them. Once I got off them I found that I was slow slipping back in a low mood and worrying about every single lil thing. My GP wanted me to start them back again I did try but my god the side effect. I just can't deal with it. It made my anxiety level even more high to the point where I was sitting up at night crying. I sleep way better when I'm off them. I do need to go back to my GP to let him know this. I'm also gonna try this CBT therapy thing and see if it could help.
I will try to keep going for a bit. See how it goes. Thanks for your reply. Have u tried any other medication?
