This is a good question im in the same boat. Sorry no help to u hope somebidy can advice us to keep calm.
Christian you've received a lot of reassurance and advice on this, have you taking any of it on board ?? I don't know what else to say seriously, you have to do this if you want to feel better you and only you, good luck!
What did your parents say?? Did that not reassure you??
Go back to that book, which seemed very practical. Work through it slowly and practice what it suggests. If you can, give yourself a break from thinking about this, hard I know but even watching a (non stressful) movie can give your mind and body a break from focusing on the bad stuff.
I'm really sorry you are struggling but you really need to start focusing on others and different activities to take your focus off you. You need to have a more positive mind and attitude. Yes, it's hard but if you want to feel better you really have to do this. Negative thoughts are what makes you feel so bad. Find something to do to take your mind off of you. You can go for walks, do chores, talk to friends and family (not about how you feel since you want to take your mind off that ), do homework, color, etc. Also, have you talked to your doctor? Maybe meds can calm you so you can reprogram your mind to think more positively. Bottom line is it is up to you to do the work if you want to feel better. It won't happen overnight. It could take months or even years. Be strong. You can do this.
