Hi love why not try a small quiet road on your own and step on slowly take a few steps if you get panicky go back to the kerb, imagine the kerb as your safety net, keep repeating one step at a time panick kerb step step step ect, in your own time. When you do get to the other side wheyyougoooo you cracked it, then try same crossing back. You'll be dancing in the street before long lol 😁 did you get knocked down when you was young? Something has given you cause for alarm on crossing the road, I hope this works for you one step at a time slowly not sprinting on a quiet road off course. Maybe start on a cul-de-sac or 1 lane road you will build your confidence to tackle the bigger ones, then have someone with you but dont hold their hand, I'm sending you strength cmon you can do this. Let me know how you get on 😊 xxx mandy
