Ive been living with severe anxiety for a little over 3 years now ive had every symptom you can think of...chronic nausea, headaches, dizziness, palpatations. Im now 22 and I had to move back in with my parents because I got panic attacks when I lived alone. Im afraid Im never going to be able to live my own life. I want to be able to live on my own and live a normal life. Any one else go through this?

Hi there sorry you are feeling this way. Are you on medication or in therapy? if not I think that should be your first step. Read some self help books that give you coping techniques such as 'hope and help for your nerves' by Claire weakes. Or 'no more panic' and there are many more.

Exercise, meditation, yoga, massage. Try to stay social don't hide away with your thoughts.

It will get better I wish you all the best :)
