I felt weird

I had a good day yesterday n then I decided to get my hair cut the lady put the thing on around my neck n my face started getting hot I'm k Ike omg why did that happen

Hello what I've noticed with anxiety is that everything seems more intense so by the hairdresser putting the gown round you may of made you feel a bit warm something that people with anxiety would think nothing of.

but when you have anxiety everything seems worse then what it is if that makes sense to you? like if I'm really warm I start panicking and have to get up and walk around or start stripping (obviously at home lol) until I feel more normal again xx

I think another thing is that when the hairdresser put the gown around your neck, you might have felt trapped. I get that way at the dentist, when the chair goes back, my heart skips beats and I just want to run. It's all a part of the anxiety bully.

Yea I didn't want to get up in a middle of a haircut lol I felt like it tho
