For the past 4 or 5 weeks I was only going to the gym 2 or 3 days a week. I wasn't feeling good and now I've already worked out twice this week and by the end of the week it will be 5 days so I'm really happy. Last night I broke the anxious feeling by sticking at the gym. After 30 minutes of being at the gym, it seems like my anxiety goes away. Also, last night I was randomly sitting on my couch watching baseball and suddenly my chest pain stopped. I really recommend trying a beta blocker if other medications haven't worked for you. I'm really sensitive to medication, but proponalol has been working so well for me and the only side effect it's known to have is drowsiness, but not at the mg amount recommended for anxiety.
