After no sleep last night due to a panic attack, I haven't eaten and feel so rubbish and anxious I still cant sleep I can't take no more

Please go to your doctor. You need something to help you sleep and to relax you as lack of sleep can make anxiety worse - it's a vicious circle! Take care of yourself.
